Shipping
Shipping costs vary based on weight, shipping method and zip code. Shipping charges will be calculated before you place your order.
All or our products ship from distribution points originating in the USA. Stock orders usually ship within 24 hours. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for special order items. Our regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. MST Monday - Friday. We will send you a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
International Shipping
We only ship to locations within the continental USA and we do not ship internationally. We encourage Canadian customers to visit signpostcanada.com for service within Canada.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase provided the items are still in new condition. Please contact us to make arrangements for returning merchandise. Custom merchandise in non-refundable.
Along with the product, we will also refund any tax and environmental fee. We will also refund any associated shipping charge for defective products, or if you received the wrong item. Please know that we will not refund shipping charges if the return is due to “Buyer’s Remorse”, or in other words, if you change mind about your purchase.
