Engel & Völkers real estate sign post. Made out of aluminum and powder white. The vertical post comes in 1 piece. Includes aluminum Ball cap on the post, Powder coated Red/White. Standard aluminum caps on the arm powder coated to match the post. Also Includes a steel stake and all required hardware to assemble and hang your sign.
Hardware included: steel ground stake, 2 Sliding clips, 1 Eyebolt, 3 safety pin clips, 2 sign rider clips with screws.

Assembly and Installtion Instructions
CAUTION: HAVE ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES MARKED BEFORE INSTALLATION
1. Pound the stake into the ground to a sufficient depth (a small sledge hammer is ideal).
2. Slide the lower post (with sleeve) over the stake.
3. Slide the upper post over the sleeve on the lower post,the pre installed snap button will hold it in place.
4. Attach the arm to the post. Bolt, Flat washer, Lock washer and wing nut icluded for assembly
5. Slide the clip into the slots. Attach your sign safety pin clips or carabiners. Whichever one works best for your sign. Attach the optional rider clips to the top of the arm as desired.
