Modern looking Uptown Aluminum Real Estate Sign Post with a mitered corner.  Available in various colors.  White and black are stock colors.  Red, grey, and blue are non-stock and require a few days for fabrication.  This product was designed for cheap shipping and universal application and should fit 90% of all hanging sign panel sizes right out of the box. The 66 inch vertical post comes in 2 pieces for compact shipping and storage. Universal arm works for signs 24 to 30 inches wide.  

Sign not included.  Custom post length, arm length, and colors are available upon request.  See details below.

Works for signs up to 30 inches wide.  Includes aluminum caps on the post and arm powder coated to match the post.  Also Includes a steel stake and all required hardware to hang your sign.

CAUTION: HAVE ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES MARKED BEFORE INSTALLATION

1. Pound the stake into the ground to a sufficient depth (a small sledge hammer is ideal).
2. Slide the lower post (with sleeve) over the stake.
3. Slide the upper post over the sleeve on the lower post, the pre installed snap button will hold it in place..
4. Slide the corner brace into the mitred end of the arm, fasten with screw.
5. Attach the arm to the post by sliding the corner brace into the mitred end of the upper post, fasten with screw.
6. Slide the clip into the slots. Attach your sign safety pin clips or carabiners. Whichever one works best for your sign. Attach the optional rider clips to the top of the arm as desired.
